Harold Crews and Brad Griffin of Occidental Dissent discuss the true legacy of King and compare it to the myth. Brad begins with the well known failings of King. Among his many vices and frauds are his penchant for adultery; use of prostitutes; plagiarism during is education and political activist career; and his long time association with known Marxists. The later part of the show covers the less discussed legacy of King. That being his role in the destruction of the Negro family and community that had previously flourished under Jim Crow. The transfer of wealth through politics advocated by King made the father in the Negro family superfluous. All of which destroyed not only Negro families and communities but also levied and enormous cost on white communities as well through higher crime, higher taxes, destruction of education, and loss of wealth through white flight. Brad finishes up with his recent tracing of the route of the Selma to Montgomery marches to note the degeneracy that took place in March 1965 and to observe the destruction along the march route brought about by King, Rep. John Lewis, and the "Civil Rights Movement" as a whole.
Harold Crews and R. G. Miller, Chairman of the Arkansas League of the South, discuss Southern nationalism in the coming era of Trump. R. G. shares his thoughts on how Southern nationalists should re-orient the movement towards emphasizing Southern identity and contrast it with American identity. In particular by stressing heritage and the Christian faith as twin pillars of Southern identity. Since Trumpian nationalism is socially liberal in regards to sodomite "marriage", the broader sodomite agenda, the transexual agenda, Southern heritage and is most likely soft on the pro-life issues that these matters would be good wedge issues to increase Southern nationalism among our people.
Harold Crews and Mark Thomey, LS Board Member, discuss the improbability of President Elect Donald Trump to be able to institute the reforms upon which he campaigned. They point out how Trump is just one man and despite his charisma, still has the GOP Establishment and the media against him. They go into how the fragmentation by diversity in the United States makes reform all but impossible since political power can only be gained by creating coalitions that are at odds with the other parties coalition. The absence of a common identity or even a common culture eliminates the formation of any consensus. Then Harold and Mark discuss secession and in particular the rise of a California secession movement since the election. They talk about how California secession makes other state secessions more likely.
